I specialize in treating a variety of orthopedic conditions, including spinal pain, post concussion syndrome, and various conditions of the extremities. Helping clients unravel the puzzle of chronic pain is my focus.
My training includes Functional Manual Therapy aimed at the articular and myofascial systems, organ specific fascial mobilization, craniosacral therpay and Frequency Specific Microcurrent which has been shown through research to increase ATP production (the energy our cells use) by 500%.
I believe a whole person, individualized approach to patient care can help to get to the root causes of pain syndromes. In my practice, I view the body as an integrated unit and I seek to understand all of the factors that could be contributing to my client’s clinical picture. Treatment directed primarily at managing symptoms can give temporary relief, but often does not create the change needed for healing in the long term.
In my free time, I enjoy skiing, mountain and road biking, yoga, travel, gardening, cooking, reading, music, learning new things and spending time with my two daughters, husband, family and friends.
